Pocket Survival — Survival When All You Have Is What’s in Your Pocket
Pocket Survival teaches students to survive with the most limited gear possible, mirroring the reality of sudden, unplanned emergencies. Built around the concept that real-world survival often depends on whatever you have on you in the moment, this course challenges students to think creatively, stay calm, and use pocket-sized tools to meet essential survival needs.
Each participant receives the Field Fix Pocket Survival Kit at the start of class, and all instruction is conducted using only the items within the kit—along with a fixed-blade knife. This course strips survival back to the essentials and demonstrates how skill, mindset, and resourcefulness matter far more than a full pack of gear.
