Return on Product:
Merchandise may be returned if unused and unopened up to 20 days of shipment date. Sale items, clearance items, and custom orders may not be returned. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, nor will we pay shipping costs of returns or exchanges. We are not responsible or issue a refund for damaged, lost, or misdirected shipments. Refunds will be processed after satisfactory completion of these conditions. For class refund policy please see: Refund Policy on Classes below.
Refund Policy on Classes:
All training courses are non-refundable. Individuals needing to reschedule a training courses can do so by emailing info@coalcrackerbushcraft.com Courses can not be transferred within 20 days of the set course date.
Made to Order Items
When purchasing a made to order item the customer will be placed in the queue of the current item wait list. The following wait times are estimates and may vary. Please check back for updates on these times.

Cancelled Made to Order Items
When canceling an order that contained made to order / preorder products there will be at 15% restocking fee. This fee will be deducted from the returned refund amount.
Shipping Policy
Orders are processed for shipment 24 to 72 hours Monday through Friday 9am to 5p EST (excluding holidays). Orders placed that contain pre-order items will ship excluding the pre-order item. When the pre-order item becomes available it will ship and may include additional shipping charges.
International Shipping Policy
All international sales are final. The buyer is responsible for all duties, fees, and taxes if applicable. Damaged items will be handled on a case by case basis. Coalcracker Bushcraft LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen international packages.
Packages that are refused by buyer due to import duties, fees, or taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. Coalcracker Bushcraft LLC treats these packages as abondoned and will not return, refund, or reship orders.
Shipping Returns
Orders placed with incorrect shipping addresses are the responsibility of the customer. If the package is returned to Coalcracker Bushcraft LLC the package can be reshipped to the customer but a 15% reshipment fee will be charged. If the returned product order is cancelled the buyer will receive a refund minus 20% restocking fee.
Sale/Promtional/Clearance Merchandise
Sale and promotional prices are only valid during the specified promotional or sale period. No rain checks and discount codes can not be applied to sale, promotional or clearance merchandise.
