Return Policy
Merchandise may be returned if unused and unopened within 20 days of the shipment date. Sale items, clearance items, and custom orders are not eligible for returns. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return or exchange shipping costs. Coalcracker Bushcraft is not responsible for lost, damaged, or misdirected shipments. Refunds will be processed once all conditions are satisfactorily met.
Class Refund Policy:
All training courses are non-refundable. Individuals needing to reschedule a course may do so by emailing info@coalcrackerbushcraft.com. Courses cannot be transferred within 20 days of the scheduled course date.
Made-to-Order Items
Purchasing a made-to-order item places the customer in the current waitlist queue. Estimated wait times are as follows:
- Oilcloth Tarps: 2-3 weeks

Cancellation of Made-to-Order Items
Cancellations of made-to-order or pre-order items will incur a 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
Shipping Policy
Orders are processed for shipment within 24 to 72 hours, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST (excluding holidays). Orders containing pre-order items will ship separately, and pre-order items will ship when available. Additional shipping charges may apply.
International Shipping Policy:
All international sales are final. The buyer is responsible for any applicable duties, fees, or taxes. Coalcracker Bushcraft LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen international packages or shipments refused due to import duties, fees, or taxes. Refused packages will be treated as abandoned and will not be returned, refunded, or reshipped.
Shipping Returns:
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Packages returned due to incorrect addresses can be reshipped for a 15% reshipment fee. Alternatively, if the order is canceled, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
Sale/Promotional/Clearance Merchandise
Sale and promotional prices are valid only during the specified promotional period. Discount codes cannot be applied to sale, promotional, or clearance merchandise.
