Friction Fire Handhold Stone
$15.00
Our natural handholds are harvested from small creek beds in the Appalachia. They are a great addition to your kit while keeping it traditional. Friction created by your bearing block during a bow drill fire is one of the most commonly seen problems. This problem usually means that the spindle is going to bind up and not allow the user to make a successful ember. With the use of stone top end friction is kept to a minimum and shouldering out is no longer a problem!
